Privacy notice
How D&R Manpower Services handles the information you give in the employee registration form.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, how long you have worked with D&R, the work you can do, your shuttle pickup point, shift preference, safety shoes, languages you speak, a photo of your ID and a photo of you holding it.
Why
To confirm your identity, manage your employment, plan shifts and shuttle routes, and contact you about work. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorized D&R staff, each with their own login. Every review, change and export is recorded. Your data is stored in Canada. The service providers that host the form are bound by contract to protect it.
How long we keep it
ID photos are deleted 12 months after your employment with D&R ends, or sooner if you ask. Your contact and work information is kept for as long as the law requires for employment and payroll records.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Contact our person in charge of privacy: D&R Manpower Services, info@drmanpower.ca, (438) 978-6660.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
